We are raising funds to fill the Respite Reservoir! Folks need access. Rest is essential. Nature is healing.
The Respite is fiscally sponsored by Alternate ROOTS, a Southern arts organization that provides the connective tissue for a distinct segment of the arts and culture field – artists who have a commitment to making work in, with, by, for and about their communities, and those whose cultural work strives for social justice.
ROOTS is committed to social and economic justice and the protection of the natural world and addresses these concerns through its programs and services, including offering fiscal sponsorship to a roster of 15 non 501c3 entities.
For donors needing TAX EXEMPTION, please donate through Alternate ROOTS. The fees they charge are necessary, minimal and fund the overhead that fiscal sponsorship costs the organization. You can even sign up to be a MONTHLY SUSTAINER!
